Commercial Growth Enablement for Rights Holders

We turn under-leveraged brand equity into new partnership platforms that drive new revenue — and build the infrastructure to run them in-house.

What We Do

LMCO works with rights holders and institutions to grow and diversify commercial revenue through partnerships — and build the internal infrastructure to run and scale that business in-house.

Our work spans sport, media, gaming, entertainment, non-profits and membership organizations.

The common thread? Every one of them is sitting on under-leveraged brand equity.

Most properties think they have an inventory problem when in fact they have a value-creation problem. Partners don't show up because what's on offer isn't compelling enough, not because there isn't enough of it.

We're not rewriting your brand. We translate the strength you already have — core brand attributes, audience insight, product capability — into partnership platforms brands and their fans both want

Our Founder

LMCO was founded by Laura Miranda on a simple thesis:

What most organizations treat as "soft" brand equity can, in fact, drive hard commercial growth — funded by partners.

Except it wasn't a hypothesis.

Laura had spent 15 years proving it across sectors at previous agencies with properties like Candy Crush, TIME, Netflix, the NY Mets, Lincoln Center, US Ski & Snowboard, Sports Illustrated, Athletes Unlimited, the American Kennel Club and more.

Different categories, three things in common: distinctive IP, owned products and channels, an engaged audience.

Our work is translating that into platforms brands — and most importantly their fans — mutually benefit from.

We turn brand equity into partnerships fans love — and new revenue streams for the business.
